Li-Fraumeni Syndrome Research
The majority of funds raised by Rylee’s Legacy Foundation are directed to the dedicated Rylee’s Fund at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). This fund supports vital clinical research focused on cancer predisposition syndromes — including Li-Fraumeni Syndrome (LFS) — with the goal of advancing early detection, understanding, and treatment options for affected families.

Academic Scholarships
Each year, a portion of the foundation’s funds is used to provide academic scholarships to outstanding students in the communities that stood by Rylee and our family throughout her journey. These scholarships are awarded based on criteria established by the foundation, while recipient selection is handled by the partnering schools and institutions.

In addition to recognizing student achievement, these scholarships help carry Rylee’s legacy forward — sparking conversations, raising awareness of Li-Fraumeni Syndrome, and broadening the reach of the foundation’s mission to new communities and future leaders.
